You should understand that we sell only digital downloadable files namely pdf files which are not entitled to any refund as per our policy. Hence, even if you cancel your order after you purchase these Downloadable PDF files which are not protected by any passwords, you are not entitled for any refunds. Therefore, the downloaded files are non-returnable, and therefore no refunds will be possible once bought.

We will reimburse only in exceptional cases, no later than 30 days from the day you ask for refund. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will incur fees for such reimbursement charged by the payment company.
